Boasting more than 20 rooms across three floors, the palace is widely regarded as a pioneering development in the country and will be part of a wider project to develop the area. The project is the first of a new multi-site development of new luxury homes, villas and high-end retail that includes luxury shopping and dining, cinemas, hospitality and downtown duty free.
