The mixed use development will comprise of luxury retail including down town duty free, high end and luxury office space, entertainment, hospitality, private health clinics, dining experiences, apartment complexes and luxury 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas.

This multi-million dollar development is scheduled for completion end of 2023.
